What You Will Do
• You would work closely with the CX/digital leader and management to understand the vision, priorities, recommend/shape and execute a product roadmap and backlog
• Work closely with Product Lead to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Facilitation of communication between various parties within internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Need
• An experienced digital professional with 5+ years in the digital product management industry in roles of Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Knowledge of Insurance product and operations
• BSc in Business or Computing
• Knowledge and execution experience of agile projects
• Technical support and incident management
• An excellent understanding of the business value of requirements and can articulate why features are required, what problems they will solve and how they will benefit the end user
• English level: proficient -MUST, also speaking Cantonese - PLUS
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Knowledge of digital product management and digital marketing
• Technical understanding in WEB Applications
• Project management
• Preferably with experience in Reporting Services
• Advantage to candidates with familiarity / understanding in the insurance sector
