We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Commercialization Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Develop and execute tactical engagement with marketing and CVM to drive a common digital growth agenda.
  • Develop and own a cross functional strategy that drives a step change increase in digital customer engagement, revenue, servicing and satisfaction.
  • Bench mark digital performance and processes against industry best practice, proposing change where necessary.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Responsible for establishing agreed SLAs with stakeholders in the design, implementation and remediation of activity.
  • Stakeholders are not defined internally but include regulatory, market, customer requirements and third party relationships.
  • Responsible for obtaining buy-in from and influence senior management and stakeholders for all key initiatives, commitments, changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, scope, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Work collaboratively across all parts of RBWM and AMH teams.
  • Provide the judgment and expertise across all aspects of area of responsibility.
  • Strong engaging persuasive personality while approachable and not arrogant.
  • Build and sustain commitment to long term goals across multiple teams, drives people advocacy, trust, confidence and integrity to inspire enthusiasm for achieving these.
  • Identifying key risks, issues and interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting audit or independent programme assessments as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring SLA's are achieved at specified cost.
  • Work with Operational Risk and other key functions to define the optimal balance between security, customer convenience and work processes.

Requirements
  • ​Strong Commercial Orientation with the ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights, and to balance risks versus rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
  • Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in a matrixed organisation.
  • Leadership experience of designing and implementing communications strategy
  • Experience in strategy formation, campaign management and project execution
  • Leadership experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, marketing or change management skills motivating and inspiring others to excel
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent understanding of marketing methodology, frameworks and best practice
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player.
  • Ability to lead work groups and influence global and local teams
  • Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
  • Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to respond to communicate with users in professional manner and elicit constructive feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable.
