We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Strategic and Organisational Alignment Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive organizational planning, design and structure for regional roles for Digital aligned to the Global Digital operating models
  • Work with local market teams to identify role gaps and align local structures and organizational design to global and regional operating models for product design and build and commercialization.
  • Create job specifications where necessary and ensuring they are aligned to the global operating model and organizational designs.
  • Ensure different teams within Digital globally and locally are joined up in objectives, activities and delivery.
  • Lead the development and management of the Digital Graduate and Internship programme
  • Drive specific People Agenda initiatives covering Talent Attraction, Development and Retention.
  • Lead People Manager forums to ensure Digital managers are fully equipped to manage their teams from an Human Resource operational perspective, example hiring, onboarding, performance management
  • Support Leadership People Meeting to drive key initiatives supporting talent and succession planning, career development and retention in order to address key concerns resulting from Employee Pulse Surveys
  • Address the Human Resource needs of employees and managers, balancing excellent customer service with adherence to processes and controls by working in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partner.
  • Assist in ad hoc people projects from time to time

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or other related discipline.
  • Preferably in the digital media or internet space
  • Ideally in a business manager role currently with Human Resource experience or experience partnering with Human Resource
  • Experience leading strategy and operations projects at a top tier consulting firm or in a corporate strategy, operations team
  • Strong People management skills
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems, commercial, operational, organizational
  • Strong project management and influencing skills
  • ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solutions and detail oriented, with strong commercial, business acumen
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with large and complex organizations
  • people and team leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
