Our client is a sizeable asset manager backed by a reputable bank. They manage a broad spectrum of investment products, including PE, public equities and fixed income. They are currently looking for a Sales Director to join their high-performing team, directly reporting to business head.
Description
- Build, manage, and grow our institutional and distribution team in Greater China region.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with investors - private banks, family offices and HNWIs.
- Establish local and global channels and expand our institutional customer base efficiently
- Have a clear understanding of customer needs and channel feedback to our internal teams effectively
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales & business development in financial services
- Proven track record of developing relationships, negotiating, and problem-solving with both internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Creative, results-driven thinker who can clearly translate priorities into strategy
- Have existing relationships with PB, banks, and other distribution channels.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
