This is one of the up-and-coming Fintech Firm in Hong Kong. With the development of new technology and digitization in the business, they are now looking for a senior Finance Director professional to join and lead the Finance team.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the whole finance team
Ensure financial budgets and forecasts are formulated in accordance with company's long term business strategy
Ensure proper balance sheet management and asset liability management
Closely monitor to identify any significant deviation, and develop framework to reduce operational and financial risks
Involve in management meetings and prepare presentations
Direct the credit control function and formulate credit control strategies to maximise company's cash flow
Monitor and review the internal control procedures

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Total of 15 years or above of working experience in Finance, experience in asset liability management is preferred
Understanding in capital structure and internal control mindset is required
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
