We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Financial Crime Risk Simplification Regional Portfolio Lead.

Principal responsibilities
  • First point of contact for the FCRS Portfolio for their Region. Direct contact with Regional FCR Chief Operating Officer, Regional FCR Operation Head, Regional Know Your Customer Operation Head, Regional Head of Investigative Reporting and Regional Line of Business Chief Operating Officers
  • Owns Regional FCRS Portfolio change plan and accountable for deployment of global FCRS HSBC Operations, Services and Technology initiatives in line with that plan
  • Ensures regional governance is applied to global initiatives
  • Provides updates on portfolio delivery to Regional FCR Operations Simplification Steerco or Regional OpCo
  • Attends Global FCRS Programme Management Board and ensures country status reporting and milestone plans are fit for purpose
  • Ensures global design is aligned to local regulations and policies, and local impacts on people, process and technology are understood
  • Defines and agrees a realistic Implementation plan and detailed change readiness requirements
  • Owns and coordinates local deployment activities including training, systems, communications and post live support
  • Applies Benefits Methodology and support in local Time and Motion studies to calculate, track and measure benefits
  • Complete implementation closure activities
  • Delivers appropriate programme communications to their Region Stakeholders
  • Owns plans, risks and issues, project reporting


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Extensive senior stakeholder management across the Region and Global workstreams
  • Extensive knowledge of local and global regulation and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market
  • Financial Crime, Fraud or Know Your Customer experience in both Risk and Operations
  • Extensive Programme, Project and Change Management experience of complex, multi location change
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Global and Regional stakeholders to deliver change
