We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Client Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​ Work in partnership with the Global Banking relationship management teams, the GCM will be responsible for delivery of the entire onboarding service proposition
  • Work closely with senior business managers, sales, and GBM Business Services Functional Heads to ensure all risk is managed and the service meets client expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the Central GBM Business Services team to measure, manage and improve the service proposition across supported business sectors
  • Ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement is followed to realise efficiencies and enhance the service proposition
  • Own and manage the interface to business stakeholders and relevant GBM product and Sales teams
  • Act as the global coordinator and escalation point for all service delivery issues and as such will be required to leverage and collaborate with functional managers to aid, facilitate and resolve
  • Understand the role and the requirements of the business, work to a set of consistent processes and deliver consistently according to the service agreements made with the business areas
  • Close partnership with the Business in order to shape and agree the service proposition which could include MI management, agreement on SLA and interaction with client base


Qualifications

Requirements

  • ​Degree holder in relevant disciplines with previous experiences in Client Management
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively, execute seamlessly under pressure and build excellent working relationships across all Business units
  • Self starter, able to identify activities required in order to meet the needs of the Business unit
  • Lead and motivate other managers and staff, employing appropriate management styles often not under direct control
  • Demonstrated management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects
  • Experienced in managing operational risks through close monitoring and continuous improvement
