Graduate Trainee Program 2023

We are currently looking for fresh graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. As you embark on your career journey, we believe an all-rounded design of graduate program is imperative to ignite your initial career growth.
The Program:
The Graduate Trainee Program is open to final year university students or recent graduates with no more than a year’s experience who are eager to become competent functional experts in the investment banking industry. You will join a 12-month integrated development program, combined with core foundation classroom training, experiential & action-oriented learning programs, professional development sponsorship, accelerator programs and career support, with stimulating on-the-job experience from at least 2 departments. You will start as a graduate trainee in a designated department which matches your background and interests and work with our business and functional experts for professional knowledge development and network building. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective in the investment banking industry. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes, social events and much more where you’ll get to know Haitong International. By the end of the program, you will be equipped with the essential knowledge, skills and hands-on experience to become a key member of Haitong International.

We are looking for talents who can analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision:
- Final year university students or recent graduates of Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in any business disciplines attained at top-tier universities.
- Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Mathematics, Technology or related disciplines would be preferable.
- No more than a year’s full-time work experience.
- Good academic results with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 / Second Class Honors Upper Division or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Genuine interest and ambition to develop a long-term career in the investment banking industry.
