We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Business Finance, Global Premier and Asia Wealth.

Principal responsibilities
​Business Performance

  • Business Partner to Global Premier and Asia Wealth leadership teams
  • Lead Business Performance discussion with the key premier markets globally
  • Lead Annual Operations Plan for Premier and Jade, Business Performance review, and forecasting
  • Regionally Finance lead in Asia Wealth, and to ensure clear alignment on performance from Asia Asset management and Insurance manufacturing
  • Financial analysis and Annual Operations Plan: Support wider team to various analysis, such as Competitive & benchmarking analysis and Market share analysis and support for Annual Operations Plan development
  • Finance Small Medium Enterprise in business case development and evaluation
  • Facilitate discussion on accounting matters between Business, Functions and wider Finance Group
Finance Accounting teams
  • Improve capabilities in supporting Strategic prioritizes
  • Enhance reporting capability from data acquisition and embrace and advocate for next generation of Finance Management Information
  • Lead the Net New Money reporting capability including liaising with Data providers locally and globally to ensure on definition, process, control, and future Digital
  • Finance reporting capabilities, as well as prepare for external reporting
  • Key liaison and support the development for Customer level revenue (project Helix) for Retail Banking and Wealth Management reporting capability to support Global Retail Banking and Wealth Management's strategic direction on Growth engine and Digitalization.

  • ​Preferred to have basic knowledge of Premier and Wealth management business
  • Finance professional with extensive experience across Business Partnering, Financial Planning, Analysis and Controllership
  • Preferred to have a professional accountancy qualification with a sound understanding of management accounting, in particular the planning and budgeting process
  • Significant experience / background in finance or strategic planning
  • Strong influencing skills to senior stakeholders in business, finance, and other support functions both globally and locally, hence with preference with candidates with management consulting or Corporate Finance background
  • Solid communicator and team player
  • Excellent oral and written skill
  • Working knowledge on Asset and Liability Mgmt. practices (TP, IRR Beh, LP/LR, etc.)
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, embrace innovation, and facilitate change
