(IT) Assistant Manager/Manager - Network Infrastructure

Our client is a well-known local organization (Public Sector)and have a sizeable IT team in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to look after their network infrastructure operation and projects management

The position is open for candidate with Strong working experience in network cloud projects.

*Both Cantonese and English is required*

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the network infrastructure by troubleshooting problems with servers, routers, switches, etc.
• Design and implement network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technology
• Monitor network performance to identify potential problems and help ensure high performance levels
• Develop policies and procedures for network security and usage, including acceptable use policies for computer networks
• Provide technical advice and actively participate in technical evaluation or new initiative study for network infrastructure related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' of experience in supporting network infrastructure
• Proficient knowledge of networking, LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, DNS, router and switch, Wi-Fi networks, Active Directory, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), etc
• Good command on both Cantonese and English
