Institutional Sales- FICC(D- MD)

Responsibilities

• Source and originate business opportunity on products;
• Ability to grasp institution and corporation clients for their appetites and communicate back to teams for solutions;
• Follow through the whole process for the provision of products and services to execution.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Investment or related discipline(s);
• At least 3 years relevant experience in FICC sales, preferably with an established client base;
• Good communicator and have a board vision of sales and distribution strategy & pitch flow;
• Tactful in handling clients’ needs and think out of the box for solution from multi-perspectives;
• Organized and well planned with a strong desire for success;
• Good relationship with broker house to build business;
• Have persistent and patient attitudes in winning deals;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
