Work you'll do:
•Work with clients /SMEs to translate business rules to technology and communicate solutions to non-technical people.
•Plan, track, and complete work with small teams on short sprints and are familiar with creating zero-defect mind-set deployments.
•Support clients and colleagues from various specialisms with the set-up and management of high-visibility projects.
•Be involved in developing our project management methodology, which could involve research and self-learning, and teaching others.
•Develop new sales and conduct administrative work among our projects.
•You excel at following through and getting things done which requires that you are an energetic team player with notable presence and confidence.
•Uses an understanding of audit and risk advisory issues and stakeholder needs to address complex problems.
•Is proactive in developing a thorough understanding of the risk assessment process and its impact on the engagement and inputs into risk discussions in relation to the engagement and entity
•Demonstrates an appreciation of how their work on the audit plan, influences the contribution of specialists and experts
•Exercises independent choice in relation to the use of tools, guidance and methodology in delivering the audit
•Proactively seeks to understand the bigger picture in terms of how their contribution fits within the overall project plan and looks to improve the efficiency of that plan
•Applies analytical thinking and professional skepticism to surface more complex issues within the audit and appropriately document judgements
•Acts with honesty and integrity, keeps up to date with ethical and professional standards, and is compliant with all Deloitte processes which safeguard client confidentiality and the firm's reputation

•A Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university with IT background, or Mathematics, Information Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Science with sound accounting background or technology management will be a plus.
•Solid knowledge of programme and project management methods and tools.
•Good understanding of the managerial and financial accounting principles is a plus.
•Good understanding on AI, machine learning, and cognitive technology
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run workshops.
•2+ years of experience in project management.
•3+ year IT consulting experience.
•Participated in the full life cycle of large-scale projects.
•PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL preferred.
•Willing to travel
