Manager, Business Analysis - Process Improvement

Reporting to the Project Leader in our Core Banking Project Team, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating and supporting business units in various business analytical activities including requirement definition, changes in business processes/ workflows, solution design and recommendation, project planning, risk management, UAT, conversion verification, user training and other implementation tasks.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:


  • Degree holder in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 10 years' working experience in business analysis, process and system solution recommunication, design and implementation with at least 5 years in banking environment.

  • Experience in branch teller operation and process re-engineering is preferable

  • Good understanding of banking industry in terms of products and services, operational requirements, regulatory compliance, market and related technology trends and other common business challenges

  • Experienced in vendor partnership with successful joint delivery of technology solution for business support

  • Positive, proactive with desire and passion in driving business growth through smart application of technology and adequate design of operational process

  • Mature, independent, able to deliver quality results under tight schedule

  • Good team player, strong communication skills
