Our Client is a large Multinational insurance organisation who are looking for a Middle Office Business Analyst to support investment middle office and produce risk and control reporting analysis for key business stakeholders. You will be liaising with the information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. The right candidate will need to have proven experience with expertise in performance reporting & risk analytics tools and strong background in quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Perform Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity
  • Create and develop a solution by combining system, data, process, digital, and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs
  • Proactive controls and actions targeting at minimizing processing risk
  • Hands-on solution deployment and post-implementation support to ensure the quality of the solution
  • Actively participate in key business initiatives aligned with the company’s growth strategies, including design, documentation, and execution of new processes
  • Document complex processes to develop middle office guidelines
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality solution and adoption of new solutions within an appropriate timeframe to the business
  • Ensure key deliverables are completed timely and adhere to quality standards

Required Skills for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Expertise in performance reporting and risk analytics tools
  • Strong quantitative analysis experience
  • Experience with Phyton and relational databases
  • Recognize and effectively manage risk
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills
  • Strong communicator in English
  • High level of attention to detail and quality of work
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills, paired with stakeholder management experience in a multi-layered global environment
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
