Our client is seeking an experienced Payment Operation Manager to join their team.
- Handle daily payment operation including settlement, reconciliation, case investigation & follow up, AML screening, etc.);
- Familiar with inward & outward payment locally & globally (i.e. TT/CHATS/RTGS/FPS);
- Projects handling (i.e. system implementation/enhancement); conduct UAT on system & preparation of user requirement;
- Review & streamline of payment procedure & workflow; collaboration with teams.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in remittance and payment operations;
- Candidates with previous experience/exposure in projects is a must;
- Strong & solid experience in various payment system (i.e. RTGS, SWIFT, etc.);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player.
