Our client is a professional services company with a global footprint around the world. As a result of a business expansion plan, an opportunity has arisen for a payroll professional to support their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and manage payroll calculation for clients
Compile monthly payroll & MPF reports and employer’s tax compliance
On-going review and formulation of HR policies & procedures
Attend to client enquiries and provide professional advice to the client
Participate actively in HR related ad hoc projects
Key Requirements:
Post-secondary graduate, preferably major in accounting, human resources management, business studies or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience in payroll outsourcing or in-house payroll function
Knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations
Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive grade
