Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.
Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software;
  • Provide technical support to external clients and to teams within the organisation;
  • Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy;
  • Provide 24/7 support, and required to carry mobile phone for urgent case handling;
  • Write professional comprehensive documentation; including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans;
  • Work with different teams to support end-to-end application implementation services for external clients and within organisation;
  • Manage ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date;
  • Deploy in-house develop systems to external clients and within organisation following standard procedures and protocol;
  • Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions;
  • Work with the Project Manager to support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery;
  • Stay close to the business development of various lines of service and cultivate strong relationships with end users;
  • Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services.
 

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • 7 to 10 years' working experience in application support, system implementation & deployment, solution advisory; software design experience is preferable;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; strong business sense and good business writing skills;
  • Strong sense at design of user experience and attention to details;
  • Sound track record for successful tier 3 application support and system implementation;
  • Ability to maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Server experience in Microsoft Server, MongoDB server, Elastic Search server, Neo4j;
  • Experience in MongoDB NoSQL, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft.Net, SharePoint technologies, HTML, Javascript, XML, Web Services, Windows Applications;
  • Experience in iOS - iPhone & iPad / Android, Lotus Notes application development would be an advantage.
