- Responsible for executive candidate search to cope with the clients' business expansion and recruitment needs globally, especially in United States, Singapore and European markets.
- Provide professional consultancy service to clients and candidates to build a long-term relationship
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment services, including but not limited to meeting clients and candidates, understanding clients' needs and job requirements, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients and further job interview and offer arrangement etc.
- Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase sales revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree holder, with major in relevant sector preferable. Past experience in recruitment industry or relevant industry sector is a plus.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
- Driven by exceeding targets and confident in undertaking business development mandate with multi-tasking skills.
- Possess excellent presentation and influencing skills with ability to advise client and candidate at all levels in a professional manner.
- Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
- Fluent in Korean or Japanese business language is an advantage
- Suitable candidates haven’t graduated can be offered as intern.
