Responsible Officer Type 1 – Virtual Assets

Responsibilities:

• Partcipate in virtual asset related business, such as virtual asset fund, direct investment in virtual assets and trading highly volatile markets;
• Provide securities' dealings service for investment products, e.g., equity, bonds, derivatives, structure products etc.;
• Participate in securities' dealings and related activities of the Company, including setting up front office virtual asset trading platform and relevant risk control, client on boarding procedure, product suitability, SOP etc.;
• Participate in marketing activities and distributing investment products including investment funds, equity, bonds to potential clients and professional investors, order execution;
• Responsible for daily dealing activities for the Company's fund after the fund is set up in accordance to the investment objectives, policies, and processes as established by the Investment Committee;
• Other relevant industry and management experiences.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing virtual asset fund, venture capital related business, and experience in direct investment in virtual assets and trading highly volatile markets, such as options and foreign currencies is a plus;
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or a business-related discipline;
• Licensed SFC Responsible Officer for Type 1 regulated activities (without conditions);
• Dealing experiences in local and overseas stock markets;
• Minimum 8-year relevant experience as a Responsible Officer with more than 2 years supervise management experience in Type 1 regulated activities;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
