  • Support Executive Director, Head of Bancassurance in establishing and developing the Bancassurance business model across various segments in the wealth continuum including Treasures, Treasures Private Client (TPC), Private Banking (PB) and Institutional Banking Group (IBG)
  • Define and create value propositions for all high net-worth (HNW) segments by identifying Bancassurance sales opportunities through positioning of relevant products to meet different clients' needs
  • Assist Executive Director, Head of Bancassurance to direct and execute business plan as agreed per Bancassurance alliance with our Insurance Strategic Partner (ISP)
  • Be the key liaison with ISP, and accountable for the delivery of enterprise wide planned business results and KPIs.
  • Work closely with ISP on product development and product launch and handles internal approval with compliance and Group as required
  • Manage strategic business plan process and ongoing management reporting
  • Manage day-to-day department budget related tasks, including business forecast as well as P&L reporting
  • Manage enterprise-wide Bancassurance marketing & sales incentive plan
  • Responsible for instilling high awareness, alertness and ownership of team members on control & compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure mutual planning and implementation of effective sales & marketing programs
  • Over 12 years of practical experience in banking / insurance industry with key focus on sales management and insurance product development
  • Proven track record and skill sets in people management in matrix organization
  • High level of professional integrity proven by past career records
  • Consistent and proven sales track record in wealth management & financial planning products
  • Excellent listening skills, with an inquisitive mind
  • High level of professional integrity proven by past career records and reference check
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
