SVP, Head of Relationship Management, Private Banking

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Relationship Banking Officers to achieve assigned targets;
- Handle client relationships from perspective of providing tailored solutions;
- Promote full range of Private Banking products and services;
- Ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines
- Groom the Relationship Managers to support the business;
- Acquire wide range of product knowledge and continuous updates on global investment market.

Requirements:

- University degree
- Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
- Possess CPWP certification or pass in relevant papers
- Minimum 8 years of Private Banking or relevant experience (including Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking experience); knowledge in credit an advantage
- Sales and customer oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Frequent travelling to Mainland China is required
