Scrum Master / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Speak about problems and prior experience of product launches or change the bank processes
• prepare requirements specifications (documents, JIRA descriptions, schemas, use-case scenarios)
• assist in quality control, encourage best practices, project and delivery management towards stakeholder satisfaction
• act as a key point of contact between the Business, Compliance and IT
• design solution to address business problem with consideration of strategic future state model
• coordinate with various IT organizations to implement business solutions

Requirements

• Experience as Scrum Master/Business Analyst
• Strong experience reviewing test cases
• Strong experience working in a scrum team (at least 2 yrs)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with technical understanding
• Solid communication skills to liaise with the business stakeholder and the technical team
• Sound knowledge of Wealth Management business and Product and Information Suitability
• Solid SQL skill is advantageous Technical background in Java, web services is advantageous
