We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Analyst, Design Build and Support .

Principal responsibilities

  • Review and comment on the Specification drafted by IT and vendor
  • Estimate efforts to be involved in performing testing activities
  • Co-ordinate overall testing arrangement e.g. develop test plan, create test data, perform UAT and document test result, both internally and externally with users.
  • Provide user support services on solutions developed and implemented by IT department for issues after release until support handover complete
  • Prepare handover and walkthrough sessions to ensure knowledge are properly share with Business Support team for BAU support activities
  • Provide assistance and clarification to business support when necessary
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy
  • Maintain HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.



  • Analyse present systems and processes, examine techniques in use and determine appropriate changes to improve process, reduce costs and enhance efficiency in both systems and processes to meet business needs
  • Be responsible for the preparation of requirement documents, which conform to internal standards, for enhancements or changes to existing applications
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Test plans, User Guides, documentation and training
  • Prepare regular status reports and management updates for review
  • Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, Requests for Proposals, vendor contact etc.
