Senior Manager - Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Asia
An exciting opportunity to work in our most diverse region as Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Asia. As a passionate D&I professional, you'll lead the evolution and delivery of our D&I strategy across Asia. Working closely with regional management, Country Heads, D&I peers, HR Business Partners and Country HR teams and our incredible Employee Network Groups, you will be responsible for driving one of the most important aspects of workplace culture for our business.

This role is perfect for an experienced change ambassador who can lead the delivery of meaningful strategies and innovative programs that deliver our Diversity & Inclusion objectives. You will partner with key stakeholders and provide advice and support to our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, leveraging insights from market data, emerging trends and best practice globally. You are a natural consultant who can align inclusive practices, goals and behaviours with business outcomes.

You'll report into the Regional Head of Human Resources, Asia and be taking ownership for the delivery of a range of regional D&I initiatives, events and supporting our Employee Network Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Committee to connect across the Region to facilitate the sharing of ideas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves strategic thinking and wants to be hands-on inbuilding and executing programs, with proven project management experience and the skills to analyse and translate data into action. Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills with an ability to communicate across a range of mediums and to a variety of audiences will also be important to your success.

Some experience in Diversity and Inclusion is preferred, along with experience driving organisational or cultural change in Asia.
