Senior Operations Associate (Exchange)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Custody and maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchange
• Monitor daily operational issues and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth exchange operations
• Anticipate and troubleshoot wallet issues faced by users in a timely manner with internal stakeholders
• Implement and update policies and SOPs regarding latest regulatory requirements to effectively manage the key risks              
• Conduct fiat/ digital assets reconciliation, trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, other settlement duties and return calculation, etc.
• Improve the overall trading experience by regularly auditing exchange system performance
• Liaise with internal partners to provide customer support, client onboarding and other operational related tasks                       
• Manage the reporting and backend system with regularly presented analyses including dashboards and other exchange related metrics to the senior management               
• Run and provide oversight of the exchange to ensure market integrity and that the venue is operating in an orderly fashion                        
• Work with technology teams to implement new products, new regulatory requirements, and change policies via formalizing of processes flow, KPI update and training

Job Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Trading
• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, and other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of Cryptocurrencies experience, candidate from traditional market background with passionate on Cryptocurrencies will also be considered                        
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) would be an advantage                  
• Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively                 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin                   
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Associate
