Highly specialised Solutions Consultant focused in Banking/ financial services market | Manage sophisticated client relationships and integration projects, understand client requirements and creatively design best-of-breed solutions | Enterprise level banking solutions/ implementations (core banking, enterprise risk, payments, digital banking, other related solutions)

Our client is a Global Payments Firm with a strong reputation in payment solutions and electronic banking space is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant to cover the North Asia Region.

The role will focus on managing client relationships and augmenting sales opportunities through understanding and addressing clients key challenges, leveraging company solutions and technology. Ensures that customers and prospect clients maximize their long term relationship, and is critical in conveying the needs and opportunities in the marketplace to the Market Product Managers as company develop their solution product strategies and roadmaps. Working with the Market Product Managers and Product Marketing, this role will help define the key value propositions for the targeted market segments. This role will work closely with the sales organization and third party partners, and apply the market segment value propositions in the development of account plans, value propositions, and long term solution adoption strategies for company.

You will be involved in activities such as:

Participates as strategic product representative in end-to-end sales process and contributes to the development of specific opportunities.

  • Defines value propositions and long term solution strategies for specific opportunities to assist Sales in progressing deals in line with strategic sales plans.
  • Successfully defines and obtains agreement regarding customer requirements.
  • Identifies business development opportunities through scoping customer and external industry engagements.
  • Identifies and provides advice and business consultancy to prospects/customers on solution design options, and impacts of modifications on the existing system.
  • Ensures that all client business objectives are met as identified through the sales process and planned for in the implementation process.
  • Builds presentations, proposals, and papers designed to assist in the sales of product solutions.
  • Collaboratively works with other technical consultants, account representatives, customer managers, project managers, and the executive leadership team.

You will possess:

  • 5+ years of project management, implementation or development experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise level payments banking solutions like core banking, enterprise risk, payments, digital banking, other related solutions is highly desirable
  • Sound technical understanding of systems needed in creating consultative solutions, the conceptual technologies that govern them and how clients would use and embed such systems and technologies within their workflows and organizations
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement, operational excellence and driving change.
  • Ability to work in a independent environment
