Team Lead - Trade Finance Operations - Fintech

Responsibilities

· You will be leading the Operations team responsible for managing the entire trade finance processes for the platform.

· You will develop and implement operational policies and procedures and implement KPIs and reporting. Review the workflows regularly and document the updates/changes

· You will provide hands-on support to internal stakeholders across Product, Business Development, Technology, Risk Management, and Compliance to ensure smooth operation of our platform

· You will oversee customer service operations and ensures customer satisfaction with post-sales customer service

· You will lead Operations related projects, transformation plans, and system development/upgrade/implementation

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline.

· At least 8 – 12 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations, Operations Management, Supply Chain Finance Operations in Banking or Fintech industry.

· Strong in English and Chinese
