We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Technical Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Product Owner and technical SME on Robot Monitoring and Alerting.
  • Responsible for technical direction and implementation of strategic goals across a global iSeries estate.
  • Define monitoring standards, evergreening and optimising the service provided to end users.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​University degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience in iSeries systems.
  • Expert level of relevant monitoring and alerting experience of the Helpsystem Robot suite of products.
  • Enterprise Systems Management experience would be an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Change, Incident and Problem management processes, ideally using CA Group Service Desk.
  • Solid understanding on ITIL Operations and Service Management.
  • Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
