Treasury Operations, Associate Director, FS sector

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership and direction towards the build out and continuous development of the Treasury Data Mart and other data sources;
• Support and develop a suite of liquidity analytic solutions in order to enhance liquidity management and optimisation across treasury and investment functions and support asset management company liquidity management;
• Prepare reporting on data trends, data gaps and make recommendations on corrective actions;
• Perform full time-cycle of Data Scientist activities i.e. conceptualisation to operationalization of the proposed solutions;
• Work closely with Treasury Analytic project team to understand the business requirements and translate them into data models via dashboards, reports, queries etc;

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor or master's degree in Data Analytic or Data Science-related will be highly preferred;
• Business analysis or professional financial designations or Actuarial related qualification is an advantage;
• At least 10-12 years overall industry experience, of which minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or related domain in developing machine learning models for practical solutions;
• Prior experience within insurance, banking or other segments of the financial services industry.
• Experience with data consumption platforms such as Power BI or other data mining and visualisation software is an advantage
