Our client is a tier one commercial and corporate bank serves more than millions customers worldwide with a complete range of banking services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate cross-functional client service team for this client, and work with the bank lead partner and relationship director to develop long-term, sustainable account strategies and relationship plan
  • Identify and gather intelligence on client needs and requirements and align these with Bank’s  solutions
  • Coordinate client events and other marketing activities
  • Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend bank’s presence in the commercial banking sector 
  • Execute all corporate partnership development activities by working closely with corporate relationship managers
  • Structure business banking solutions such as cash, payment and payroll that meet clients’ needs
  • Write effective proposals which clearly articulate the benefits of solution
  • Meet, follow up and negotiate with clients from start to completion of deals
  • Broaden and deepen the bank’s wallet share by identifying clients’ overall employee banking solutions needs
  • Meet revenue, balance sheet targets and KPIs
  • Ensure diversification of revenue streams
  • Maintain a close and effective working relation to ensure business continuity
  • Ensure that compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements are met all the times
  • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures  report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager

Requirements

  • A university degree holder with at least 3 years’ commercial banking experience
  • Excellent Payment and cash management product knowledge and relationship management skills
  • Strong business development skills, highly motivated and achievement driven
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment
    • Proven account management and project management abilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing business opportunities
