Job Objectives: To transform and expand the Bank's business to online/mobile offerings and to introduce and bring out the best of the Bank's digital platform capabilities to clients.

Principal Responsibilities:
    Lead the development of online/mobile investment journey and assist in the product design (provide user requirements, feedback from client surveys, competitor comparisons etc.) of the Bank's digital initiatives to align to business visions and strategy. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Front Office, Product Team, Technology Team, eBusiness, Legal & Compliance, Operations) to deliver the end product and to implement such digital initiatives to business units within the Bank - current initiatives include Online Equity Trading (OET), Online Fund Investment (OFI) and Online FX (OFX). Provide trainings and guiding materials to related internal stakeholders - RMs, ICs, ARMs, WMOs etc. to ensure smooth deployment of digital initiatives to clients. Work with and assist stakeholders in generating business strategies and marketing campaigns to deliver KPIs such as acquisition, adoption rates, revenues as well as brand awareness. Provide ongoing support/troubleshooting to internal stakeholders and track and resolve issues with relevant teams related to digital initiatives. Build business cases and track data/statistics regularly to drive penetration, business numbers and future enhancements. Coordinate with Regional and Country counterparts / stakeholders in delivering the above.

Key Accountabilities:
    Ensure the digital initiatives are designed within regulatory scope, are compliant to the Bank's internal policies (ex. outsourcing/service level agreements)/guidelines and caters for client friendliness and needs. Review and understand key business regulations, policies and processes in Wealth Management, with an emphasis on client interactions and front office productivity. Identify critical pain-points, and articulate how planned projects will solve them. Ensure the digital initiatives are delivered in good quality (include performing UAT where needed) and on schedule.
    Engage business units to ensure they are familiar with the digital initiatives before official launch.
    KPI achievements in terms of acquisition, adoption rate, revenues, brand awareness, etc.
    Constantly track and update outstanding issues and ensure suitable solutions have been deployed.

Relevant Experiences:
    Knowledge of investment products, wealth management processes and/or financial technology. At least 3 years of product and/or project management experiences with a focus in wealth management and/or digital related initiatives.

Functional/Technical/Competencies:
    Strong communication and personal skills with the ability to bridge discussion flows between users' wishlist and technology team's technical language/logic. Knowledge in end-to-end project management and implementation. Self-motivated and has a passion for digital experiences/trends. Attention to details and has a heart for client centric deliveries. Proactively engage in situations especially on problem solving. Familiar with investment products and regulatory environment related to digital.

Education/Professional Qualification:
    Bachelor and/or above degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or any fintech/digital platform related studies. Knowledge in webpage, mobile application and user interface design a definite plus.
