The role has the opportunity to directly contribute to strategic initiatives by supporting the organization in meeting regulatory/industry mandates, client commitments and/or strategic business objectives.

•Role responsibilities:◦End-to end planning, management and execution of a larger/strategic project and/or act as a Program Manager to a large strategic initiative
◦Develop and maintain end to end plans to manage project timeline, scope, deliverables and resources
◦Utilize standard best practice project artifacts and cadence to establish and maintain project structure and governance (e.g., project charter, issues list, meeting cadence, reporting etc.)
◦Provide robust project level reporting and metrics tracking for initiative to ensure target timeline, budgets and milestones are met
◦Coordinate overall project communications, risks and issues resolution; anticipate and escalate when necessary
◦Provide oversight to assigned project management team members providing leadership, direction, guidance and support for team member's assignments ensuring self and team anticipates, monitors, actively manages, reports and escalates all risk and compliance issues as appropriate
◦Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and role model ethical behavior and decision making as part of our Way Ahead foundation
◦Experience in business analysis, implementation project management, in financial services or consulting is required
◦Very strong interpersonal influencing and project management skills
◦Very strong relationship management negotiation and communication skills
◦Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
◦Ability to multi-task across projects and balance competing demands
◦Ability to effectively navigate and influence varying organizational levels
