Accounts Payable Associate

Standort: Gurgaon, Haryāna, Indien

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Payments
• Accurate and timely processing of payments for supplier invoices and T&E expenses through regular payment cycles and one off urgent payments
• Ensuring all payments have been recorded correctly, correctly approved and paid from the correct bank account
• Preparing reports for cash flow and payment analysis
• Resolving disputed items with the assistance of the managers
• Responding appropriately to queries from vendors and employees
• Liaise with the AP team on bank lay out of payments
• Ensuring correct bank layout on a regional basis
• Review reports from an audit view
• Ensure correct approvals for payments
• Collate monthly payment reports
Internal Accounting Controls
• Assisting Financial Accountants with AP Trade Adjustment reconciliations - this involves reconciling vendors accounts and correcting entries on AP module
• Ensuring that all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Global Accounts Payable

Qualifications

• A commerce graduate (B.Com) - Desirable

Experience

• Experience of working in a similar role or shared service centre for 3-7 years - Essential

Key Skills Technical

• Excel & Outlook - Essential
• PeopleSoft or similar ERP system - Desirable
• Fluency in English is essential, foreign language would be an added advantage - Desirable
