Our Group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.

Within the Global Claims Departmen, the main responsibilities of the Global Claims Performance Analyst will be to optimize content and set up of Claims Dashboard through the following activities:

  • Manage the Claims Dashboard and claims performance data
  • Support to Business Units
  • Data cleaning, consistency and accuracy check
  • Performance analysis
  • Support the development of performance monitoring tools
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Economy or Law   

  • High personal motivation

  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking

  • Language: English

  • Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

  • Nice to have: knowledge of data management tools (e.g. SAS, Microsoft Access) and additional languages
