Financial software solutions provider searching for Customer Support

Roles/Responsibilities
  • Provide client service by phone, email, and chat on a diverse set of financial solutions, products, and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Become an expert and provide training and assistance on the products and services.
  • Cooperate with internal teams such as Product team and Engineers. Find upsell opportunities for the sales team.
Required skills
  • Outgoing and not afraid to talk to clients. Previous experience in a client-facing role a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry or the willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
