SaaS Implementation Project Manger

Great opportunity to manage implementations of online commerce fraud prevention software for clients of global company

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Define, design, configure and manage the implementation projects for the SaaS solution
  • Within the projects, identify reusable solution components to make future projects run smoother and quicker
  • Engage in technical product demonstrations together with sales team members to BtoB clients
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product prevention product line available in Japan, and work together with colleagues to identify new technologies and trends in the market
  • Write technical Statements of Work (SOW) to deliver to the customer as part of their agreement
  • Work intensively with clients to troubleshoot and train their employees in utilizing the Software as a Service (SaaS) solution after successful implementation
  • Function as a point of contact to the clients. This means you will bridge between internal teams such as sales and technical teams and the clients, develop strong and long lasting relationships with them, and ensure their satisfaction with the product and service
  • Assist in the definition and execution of final UAT (user acceptance testing) processes after implementation to ensure a high level of quality
  • Consult with your clients to help them analyze their transactions for potential fraud and to develop their processes around investigating fraud

Required skills
  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or client-facing Project Manager or Service Delivery position, ideally for SaaS
  • Experience implementing or integrating software packages to Japanese clients
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and discovering needs
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Affinity with troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Fluent Japanese (including client-facing Japanese) skills, business level English

Preferred skills
  • Experience as an IT consultant for software
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to propose attractive alternatives to clients to set up appropriate integration scheme
  • Ability to speak with stakeholders on the client side of different levels, including employees in networks, software integration, project management, and the business users
  • Understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP
  • Previous experience with XML
  • Experience creating analytical reports
  • Ability to understand error log files and troubleshoot
  • Professional experience with credit card processing, charge back, or fraud analysis is a plus

You will play a pivotal role in the integration of the system for new clients and keeping the relationship with existing clients in a new team.
