Elaboration of operational concepts
Coordination of different consulting services and types of work to realize operational value
Usage of input from international experience and cross industry know-how
Lead of a (sub) project team, senior subject matter expert, design of operational models and process frames
Quality review of functional requirements
Experience with operational transformation projects in CRM, Finance, Operations or Talent and Organization (all project phases)
Task and Responsibilities:
o Contribute to the tasks allocated within the work breakdown structure of the project
o Identify procedure documents, manuals, lists where process updates are required
o Update procedure documents, manual, lists where required; manage knowledge transfer/trainings
o Setting up of meetings, tracking of requested documents, interaction with internal/external teams
o Develop a communication roadmap to wider teams
o Reporting and follow up of KPIs
o Work on new initiatives out of the roadmap for Q3/Q4 in 2021 and beyond
o Experience in delivering projects, ideally focused on client onboarding, reorganization and readiness work, with possible experience in financial service operations, control, compliance, audit, or regulatory management.
o Proven ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent priorities while working independently or with little supervision.
o Good knowledge of the AML/CTF and Sanctions rules, regulations, policies, and processes.
o Expert in using MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
