AVP – Internet & Mobile Banking Development

Job Responsibilities:

This person is responsible to manage & support capability building projects and enhancements for Internet & Mobile Banking. Responsibilities include developing user requirements, test plans and test scripts and performing systems tests on the internet banking platform and mobile banking apps. This position is also responsible to support existing services available on these platforms and continuously strive towards improving the customer experience online.

• To independently manage system enhancements / projects to meet business requirements within the specified timeline
• Prepare relevant documentation comprising of business user requirements, test plans, scripts and conduct user testing, training, and development of user guides.
• Other project management tasks include:
 Assignment of tasks, monitoring and reporting of progress status.
 Controlling scope, timeline and budget.
 Seeking buy-in from stakeholders in other departments, divisions, vendors, business partners (PayNET and HOUSe Networks) on business process and system enhancements.
 Anticipate and resolve or escalate issues and challenges that arise
• Prepare monthly / quarterly statistics on Internet Banking & Payments
• Troubleshoot production issues with IT.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

• Graduate with degree in IT, Multimedia, Business Administration or related subjects
• Business analyst with ability to understand, improve & capture requirements
• Technology savvy with keen interest to build and enhance the online banking experience
• Experience in banking and project management, especially on IT related projects will be an advantage
• Good communication, influencing and analytical skills
