Credit Admin Officer

• To process Credit Proposal and data input into EmB Loan Origination System;
• To prepare Letter of Offer for loan/financing applications;
• To prepare Letter of Instruction to Solicitor and/or Valuer;
• To prepare loan/financing security documents;
• To create credit files;
• Monitoring and tracking the turnaround time for Credit Processing/ issuance of Letter of Offer /Letter of Instruction in order to support reporting to Senior Management;
• To liaise with Sales personnel and Risk Approvers in regards to relevant daily job functions;
• Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related area preferred;
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry);
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc
• Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented
• Working experience on Loan Origination system or Credit Processing system is preferred
• To conduct administrative duties, ad-hoc assignment and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
