EMB System Support Manager

• Involve in all system projects development and enhancement to achieve the business objectives and comply with regulatory requirement.
• Able to perform simple system programming. (Microsoft Access or SQL)
• In charge of system parameter maintenance change request and ensure that request are properly executed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Helpdesk support to system user
• Work closely with stakeholder to resolved issue raised by system user.
• Work closely with application IT to ensure issues are escalate to vendor promptly and resolve on timely manner.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent area preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry);
• Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented
• Logical thinker, Good Analytical with problem Solving skills
• Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
• Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player
• High integrity and practices OCBC core values
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
