We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Litigation Management Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Managing recoveries of all products of HBMB & HBMS for Secured Portfolio through the developed strategies and policies with continuous evaluation and enhancement of current processes and systems.
  • To recommend proposals for new classification, additional provisioning, rescheduling, restructuring, write-offs, write-downs, and upgrading in a timely and quick manner to ensure adequancy of loan loss reserve and reduce portfolio risk.
  • Managing Recoveries workflow through all channels (includes legal strategy) in order to minimize the credit exposures and losses as well as maintaining a stable and better norm delinquency rate.
  • Preventing the aging of the performing accounts to non-performing status.
  • Resolution of secured non-performing accounts using appropriate treatment offer, collateral disposal and industry benchmarking.
  • Provide training imparted to all staff and development needs are assessed on periodic basis.


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Preferably a diploma and/or degree qualification in any discipline with more than 5 years of banking experience
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Able to engage and manage team effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong in execution of both local and group policies;
  • Able to maintain good management awareness on issues, early identification, mitigation and control, loss identification and mitigation.
