Project Management Office (PMO) - Governance & Control Manager

  • Deliver effective, timely and quality support across all portfolios in Governance team.
  • Well-versed in SDLC framework to be able to apply the knowledge into daily business and tasks. This includes reporting, auditing adherence to the framework and managing SDLC-related queries from project team members
  • Oversee thematic audit exercises, coordinating responses within the audit group participants, ensure respective projects are ready for the exercise
  • Administer digitization initiatives by preparing business requirements and manage UAT exercise where PMO is involved. UAT tasks include preparation of test script, test cases, coordinating the testers and test event.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments for PMO, coordinate responses on controls and ensuring conformance to guidelines, participate in risk forums and discussions
  • Assist in general administrative duties within Governance team
  • Conduct briefing and training initiatives under Governance team's purview
  • Administer preparation of template revision quarterly exercise, along with impact-assessment analysis and obtaining buy-ins from respective stakeholders


Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or other related fields, with 3-4 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Good technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good understanding of system development life cycle process
  • Possess initiative, drive, ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
