Senior Sales Manager/ RTC Team Sales Manager
- To lead a team of telemarketing agents to perform telemarketing activities such as cross selling all banking products and campaigns to generate leads in order to meet business goals.
- To drive and monitor telesales agents performance.
- Ability to lead and motivate agents to consistently meet KPI's set.
- To convert any incoming inquiries via call centre to potential sales leads.
- To liase with inter-departments and branches on customers' enquiries.
- To assist Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.
- Recognised Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- SPM Holders with 3 - 5 years relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
- Those with experience in leading or supervising a team of telemarketing agents are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent persuasion skills.
- Must be goal oriented and a strong team player.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin or any other 3rd language will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
