The Role Responsibilities
- Follow the established procedures to run Daily, Monthly, and Yearly batches.
-Keep automated system on schedule and respond to all user operators Inquiries regarding system function.
-Keep system functions on schedule and monitor batch progress.
-Cover 5 days a week on night shift rotation.
-Monitor all system devices to ensure that all systems work properly.
-Participate in OAT to ensure that new job function is acceptable for Daily Operations.
-Monitor all system and facility environment to ensure all in within normal operational standards.
-Adhere to processes for accurate escalation and problem assignments.
-Maintain Logs for Management review purposes.
-Prepare and share trends on Alerts to the stakeholders
-Engage with T24 application team to improve effectiveness of monitoring and automation opportunities
-Take End to End ownership of observations and requests handling

-Adherence to the specified Operations standards of Quality and Audit / Risk requirements

Our Ideal Candidate
1. Posses IT Operations experiences
2. Familiar with Microsoft Windows and its products
3. Results oriented, customer focused and a good team player
4. Willing to work on Shift
5. Good spoken and written in English
6.Unix and any remote access tools knowledge
7.BMC Control-M handling/monitoring experience
