From our offices in London, Malta, New York, Boston, San Francisco and Hong Kong, Cordium employs more than 200 experienced professionals who support more than 1,500 investment businesses, making us the leading global provider of accounting and tax services, software and regulatory compliance consulting to the asset management and securities industry

Our Financial & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) division provides accounting, regulatory reporting and prudential advisory solutions to our client base. In response to growing demand from US, UK, Maltese and Asian investment firms, including hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporate finance houses, and ranging from start-ups to large firms with well-established track records, we are looking to add to our Malta FRR team.

You will be part of a small but growing team of Malta-based professionals within the wider FRR Group, catering to the needs of both local and international clients. The role is varied and demanding, and will suit ambitious candidates with:

  • strong spoken and written English,
  • an accounting background and experience,
  • an interest in the financial services sector, and
  • the desire to develop new skills to progress beyond a ‘pure accounting’ role and become a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and well-known multinational investment firms alike.

Whilst prior experience of MFSA reporting and/or prudential capital management including RMICAAP preparation is an advantage, it is not a requirement.

Although our current vacancies are in Malta, international secondment opportunities may arise.

We are accredited by the ACCA as an approved employer - professional development and by the ICAEW as a training employer.

If you would like to be considered for joining the FRR team in Malta, please send me your CV and a brief covering letter explaining your interest in and suitability for the role. Following initial screening, telephone interviews will be held, with a further rounds of interviews to be held face-to-face in Malta for shortlisted candidates.
