We’re looking for a talented Corporate Client Account Manager to join us here at 3S Money, one of the UK's fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with 3S key accounts, which are a company's most important clients. You will take both a leading role in the sales function of high-value prospective clients flagged by our Better Engagement Team (BET) and Outbound team, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for the clients servicing. The combination of roles with a single person will aim to provide best in class coverage for our clients, as well as the full ownership for revenue generation from these relationships.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key accounts receive excellent service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts
  • Monitor and report on key account performance and provide regular updates to management

A little bit about you

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Client/Account Manager role
  • Excellent communicator who can effortlessly build relationships
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strive to improve existing and new products and processes
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML would be a big bonus
