Client Services / Customer Care Support Representative
General Information:
This team is responsible for optimal functioning and second level support of the various proprietary applications within Data Delivery.
The candidate must be client focused as well as being data and technically literate. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the confidence to visit and communicate effectively with clients.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in supporting multiple client applications, but primarily have exposure to the full application lifecycle, from understanding the business requirements, to working with development to implementation and support.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting a wide range of client applications and technologies. The candidate should be comfortable working in multi-system environments.  The candidate will need to be capable of working with different business groups across multiple locations and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Client focused and result oriented
  • Active listener
  • Thinking in (creative) solutions
  • Team player
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Critical mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools especially excel
