At a glance
We are looking for a result driven Digital Marketer in the Netherlands. Digital Marketers are responsible for reaching commercial targets, particularly on the online acquisition side. They help analyze, interpret and improve our daily marketing activities and improve our buyer journeys in every possible way. Your role is to develop and execute a clear performance based digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on online acquisition. For example deploying the right channel mix, while monitoring and improving conversions throughout the whole acquisition funnel by using data based insights.

As a Digital Marketer you are accountable for reaching targets, show progress along the way, and set performance KPI's which you share with relevant stakeholders. As a Digital Marketer you are not scared of the technical parts and analytics implementation. You have knowledge of tagging and online Data Analytic tools in general, especially when it comes to the interpretation of this data and translating it into actionable insights. Your knowledge and experience in campaign management tools such as DCM helps you to set-up campaigns and deliver clear analytics and reporting.You work closely together with the marketing managers, product managers, product owners and development teams as your stakeholders.

Your profile
You are a can-do Digital Marketer with a structured analytical sales driven mind. You have relevant experience in online acquisition and are a strong team player in your team. You are creative, can inspire others to be likewise and have a sense of humor.Do you think you fit the bill? Check your profile: Must havesA completed Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in a relevant domain such as MarketingAt least 4 years of experience in working as a Digital MarketerExperience with the deployment of online channels based on the customer journeyExperience in online tools (e.g. Google Analytics, DCM, Hotjar, Google Ads) and TaggingExperience in media planning and conversion rate optimizationExperience in stakeholder management (e.g. Legal)Mastery of Dutch and English, good in both speaking and writing
