To support our rapid (inter)national growth and profitable recruitment business, we offer a Recruitment Consultant position, with the possibility to lead a team depending on one`s qualifications and your desire to grow organically.

Responsibilities:

  • Research driven activities through use of Bloomberg, Social Media, Platforms, Portals & our own developed Artificial Intelligence based Database
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
  • Initial mapping of contacts and desk
  • Search specific sourcing assignments
  • Undertaking telephone and face to face interviews with candidates to assess suitability
  • Headhunting / direct search - identifying and approaching passive candidates
  • Lead generation for both candidates and clients

Desired experience and skills:

  • Bachelor`s Degree (HBO) or Master's Degree (WO) 
  • 1 - 3 years experience in a sales environment with a proven track record, prefferably within the recruitment industry
  • Interest in people, businesses, researching, research in general and/or a sales background with a strong motivation to flourish in the recruitment industry
  • Affinity with attracting and connecting talent
  • Strong communication skills, eloquent and articulate in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English, an additional language as a plus
  • Preferably based in or around Amsterdam, though not a constraint for the right candidate
  • Be relentless in your approach
  • An eye for detail
  • Have an affinity for building strong client and candidate relationships
  • Be analytical and resourceful
  • Continue where others stop
  • Wanting to learn and not easily give up
