Change Process Consultant

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zurich, we are recruiting for a Change Process Consultant to reinforce their team.

We are looking for a motivated individual able to drive the change and process optimization across the organization.

Main responsibilities involve:
- Assess current conditions from different angles
- Solve problems, optimize processes and introduce new ways of working with a focus on Continuous Improvement
- Deliver initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation

Required Qualifications:
- University degree or relevant experience in the banking industry;
- Experience in project management and in the financial services industry;
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cicero OpenSpan), Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile
- Good understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills
- 5+ years in Change Process Management, Process Optimization, Target Operating Model design, Transformation Management or related field
- Wealth Management background and work experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Fluency in English
